Processing times

Orders are packed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

Shipping within Australia

• Free tracked shipping on all orders.

• Delivery time: typically 2–6 business days depending on location. Remote areas may take a little longer.

• We ship with Australia Post or Sendle.

International shipping

• Flat-rate tracked international shipping is available.

• New Zealand: approx. 5–10 business days

• USA & Canada: approx. 7–15 business days

• UK & Europe: approx. 7–20 business days

• Asia-Pacific: approx. 7–15 business days
