Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your merchandise from Nap Trapped. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns.

Change-of-mind returns

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted for full-price items only. We don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return postage

  • Australia: you’re responsible for the cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns.

  • International: you’re responsible for the cost of return postage. Please use a tracked service and mark the parcel as “Return of goods” to avoid import duties.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. In these cases we cover return shipping where a return is required. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply.

How to start a return

  1. Email store@naptrappedpodcast.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply with approval and instructions.

  3. Post the item to the address we provide. Unauthorised returns can’t be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different colour is to place a new order. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll process your refund.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • We’ll inspect your return within 5 business days of receipt and email you the outcome.

  • If approved, we refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take longer to post the funds.

  • If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, email store@naptrappedpodcast.com.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable, hazardous or personal-care goods (not applicable to our caps)
